Do I need insurance?

Yes, you will need insurance to hire one of our vehicles. However, you will find that our prices are quite reasonable.

What if I need to cancel?

There is no cancellation charge as long as notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel after this period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in contact with one of our friendly customer service agents and we should be able to find a solution.

Is there any storage?

This is on a per-vehicle basis, so please contact us with your requirements and we can let you know if we have a vehicle that will suit your needs. As a rule, most of our limousines don’t have much storage space other than the space in the seating area.

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather forecast is not looking ideal for your special day, please let us know as soon as possible in advance. If you only contact us on the day, it is possible we can only offer a partial refund.

Can I book online?

If you leave us your contact details and preferred date on our booking form, we will get in contact with you promptly to arrange something.
